We are going to make the ultimate meal selector with a built in restaurant finder if you dont want to cook.

Inspiration:

We previously worked on a project that instructed users how to cook their favorite meals and we wanted to expand on that project

What it does:

It provides a selection of different meals for people to pick from (to cook) and now we are adding functionality to find restaurants in the area that may offer the meal on their menu.

How we built it:

Jo Charles and myself (James Gigantes) programed it out using JS, Ajax, google api, along with some other tricks.

Challenges we ran into:

NO clue how to use google maps or materialize

Accomplishments we're proud of:

getting google maps to work with materialize

What we've learned:

How to ping Google maps to prompt the user for their location.

What's next:

Get it to pul local restaurants based on the User selection.
